Welcome to Energi.
We believe movement should be intentional.
It’s not just about how you look, but how you feel—grounded, empowered, and strong in your body. Every class is an opportunity to reconnect with yourself, challenge your limits, and build strength from the inside out.
Energi is about more than workouts—it’s about building something real. A space filled with good energy, genuine connection, and a community that lifts each other up.
Meet The Team
Gia, Founder of Energi
Hi guys!! I’m Gia — founder of Energi :)
I’m a certified Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor with a love for all things movement, strength, and feel-good energy. Before opening Energi, I spent about a year teaching mat Pilates and leading group bootcamps, then took things a step further and traveled to Bali to complete my full Pilates training. It was such a game-changing experience- not just for my teaching, but for how I see movement, balance, and community as a whole.
When I came back to Cleveland, I knew I wanted to create something different. I felt like there was a missing piece—a space that wasn’t just about working out, but about feeling something. Good music, good energy, intentional movement, and a community that actually connects. That’s where Energi came in.
My classes are a mix of strength, Pilates, yoga, and a little spice :) Expect to feel challenged, supported, and maybe a little shaky (in the best way). I’m big on creating a space where you can show up exactly as you are, have fun with it, and leave feeling stronger- inside and out.
I seriously can’t wait to build this with you and grow together.
Xo,
Gia

Khloe
Yoga
Rooted in movement and mindfulness, Khloe brings an energetic yet grounding approach to every class she teaches. With over 10 years of experience practicing yoga, her classes will blend strength, creativity, and intentional flow to leave you feeling empowered both mentally and physically. Khloe took her 250 hr yoga certification in Costa Rica and loves teaching hot yoga and sculpt-inspired classes that challenge the body while encouraging connection, confidence, and presence. When she’s not teaching, you can find her around town throwing wine events or spending time with her 3 kitties.

Laura
Yoga
Laura has been practicing yoga for 20 years, initially using it as a cross-training tool alongside her classical ballet training. As her practice evolved, so did her appreciation for the history and philosophy of yoga. She completed her 200-hour teacher training at Soul Yoga and has been teaching for the past two years.
Laura’s classes are upbeat, energizing, and thoughtfully designed to challenge students physically while still encouraging them to listen to and honor their bodies. She believes the combination of breath, movement, and music is deeply therapeutic, and hopes students leave her classes feeling empowered and more connected to themselves.

I love creating workouts that challenge you while still being fun. Outside of all things health and wellness, you can usually find me hanging with my fur baby Cash, or exploring local coffee shops around town.
