Mat Pilates

Back to the basics — and the basics are everything. Mat Pilates is a full-body workout grounded in core strength, control, and intentional movement. Just you, your mat, and work that actually shows up in your everyday life. Equipment used.
Heated Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates in the warmth — so your body opens up, your muscles fire deeper, and the whole thing just hits different. Core, strength, control — with heat doing half the work of warming you up. Bring a towel. You’ll need it.
Core + Stretch
Sundays · All levels · 45 min · Light Core Pilates and Deep Stretch Class
Your Sunday reset. Light core pilates flows into a long, deep stretch — the kind that actually undoes the week. This is the class your body has been quietly asking for. Expect to slow down, breathe, and leave feeling completely unwound.

Melt Flow

A power vinyasa flow that moves like music. Expect breath-linked movement, full-body strength, and just enough heat built from the inside out. You’ll flow, you’ll sweat, and you’ll leave feeling like yourself again - maybe better.
Power sculpt
(Sculpt Class)

Yoga meets strength training - and the result is addictive. Power Sculpt blends flowing movement with targeted muscle work using weights and your own bodyweight. You’ll feel every inch of it, in the best way.
Heated Melt Flow
(Heated Power Vinyasa)
Heated ~85° · All levels · 60 min
Same flow, turned up. This is Melt Flow in a heated room - around 85° - so the release goes deeper, the sweat is real, and the reset is total. Come ready to drip. Leave feeling incredible.
Heated power sculpt
(Heated Sculpt Class)
Heated ~85° · All levels · 45 min or 60 min
Power Sculpt in the heat. Strength, flow, and sweat - all at once, all turned up. The warmth helps your muscles open faster so you can go deeper, work harder, and recover better. You’ve been warned (in the best way).
